Woman's Self Defense Seminar (FREE)

Ward's Family Karate will be holding two FREE woman's self defense seminars in January.  The first one will be offered to FedEx employee, Contractors, and their families.  It will be held at the FedEx data center facility on Wednesday, January 7th at 11:30-1:00.

The second class will be open to the public and will be held on Sunday January 18th at Pulpit Rock Church at 1:30 - 3:00. 

These seminars are a public service of Ward's Family Karate.  You will learn about situational awareness, to prevent you from becoming a target of the criminals.  But when the unexpected happens you must be able to to defend yourself.  You will learn simple and effective techniques to stop an attacker.  We will be working from a standing position and from the ground to have all bases covered.  Dress appropriately for physical activity.  Since this is an adult topic the class is recommended for ladies ages 13 and up.

We will be accepting voluntary donations at our Pulpit Rock class to benefit and thank our host, Pulpit Rock Church.  This class is a $50 value.
