Ward's family Karate has been invited to the Family Karate Center on Tuesday Dec. 23rd at 7:00 to participate in the 12 kihon of Christmas. This is great fun. It is kihon done to the twelve days of Christmas song. You will have to sing as you do your kihon. Santa hats, elf ears and reindeer antlers are encouraged. If you like kihon this is a great workout.
This has always been a special event for black belts only. So this is a special treat that it has been opened up to the kyu belts and all the clubs.
So don't miss out. This is the in place to be on Dec 23.
